Refund Policy

  1. Scope: This refund policy applies to all digital marketing services provided by SUNKIRAN DIMEX to its clients.

  2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable in specific circumstances, including:

    • Failure to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe.
    • Inability to achieve the mutually agreed-upon goals and objectives outlined in the service agreement.
  3. Refund Process:

    • Clients must submit a refund request in writing, providing detailed reasons for the request and supporting documentation where applicable.
    • Refund requests will be reviewed by SUNKIRAN DIMEX within 15 days.
    • If the refund request is deemed valid, SUNKIRAN DIMEX will initiate the refund process within 20 days from the date of approval.
  4. Non-Refundable Services:

    • Any costs incurred by SUNKIRAN DIMEX for third-party services, tools, or resources used in the digital marketing campaign are non-refundable.
    • Consultation fees, setup fees, or initial campaign planning fees are non-refundable.
  5. Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on the extent of services rendered and the client’s satisfaction level.

  6. Cancellation Policy: Clients have the right to cancel their digital marketing service subscription at any time. However, refunds will be provided based on the terms outlined in this refund policy.

  7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding refund requests will be resolved through amicable negotiation between the client and SUNKIRAN DIMEX. In case of unresolved disputes, legal action may be pursued as per the applicable laws.

  8. Modification of Policy: SUNKIRAN DIMEX reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any changes.
